The online registration is open. Please click on the link below for registration.

For symposium papers with status “Accepted” to be presented and published, at least one author must register and pay the registration fee by October 8, 2023.
For symposium papers with status “Accepted for Presentation” and all accepted workshop papers with status “Accepted” or “Accepted for Presentation” to be presented and published, at least one author must register and pay the registration fee by October 20, 2023.
All attendees must register to participate in conference activities. Please note that online registration is available up to November 22, 2023.
Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines
All payments are based on the New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) (1 USD = 32 TWD).

Refund Policy
There is a USD 120 cancellation fee for registration. WPMC 2023 must receive a cancellation notice no later than November 5, 2023 to remit the curtailed refund. Refunds will not be made for registrations after November 5, 2023.Authors Registration Policy
- At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference with a Full Registration rate.
- A single Full Registration covers up to TWO accepted papers.
Extra Banquet Ticket
Extra conference banquet tickets are available for conference registration. An extra banquet ticket is at the price of USD 150 per accompanying person.Registrations now open!

General US$500 (Same Fee for All Participants).
Student US$300 (Same Fee for All Participants).
Important Notice!
- There is no difference in the fee whether you attend at Okayama or Online.
- For an accepted paper to be presented, at least one author must be registered.
- Each full registration fee can cover up to 3 papers.
- For an accepted paper to be published, at least one author must be registered and present and answer questions at the designated time and day during the conference. If you do not make a presentation, your paper is not published.
- The price includes all Sessions and Conference Proceedings.
- The price includes Lunch and Coffee Breaks, the three days for participants in Okayama.
- If you are attending at the venue, you will not be able to watch it online.
- Attention to online participation. It is a requirement that author gives a presentation at the appointed time and date for paper publication.
- If you are a presenter, please register by Dec. 5.
- Each full registration fee can cover up to 3 papers.
- Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
